Hello loves!
Today, I wanted to share with you the brand new Gwynnie Bee Spring Trends Guide that I’m loving. In it, you’ll find floral prints, materials ranging from scuba to lace, and updated work and lounge wear, all from the plus size clothing rental company Gwynnie Bee. They actually have smaller sizes as well, starting at a 10 and up to a 32. Even if you aren’t able to wear the sizes they offer, you can still get some great ideas for Spring dressing. I generally reach for a 12, and have been able to find a lot of options in my size, including this adorable skirt, which I ended up buying from them for just $31. It is in the still on-trend scuba material and has this gorgeous abstract floral pattern.
I paired it with a light pink blouse with lace collar (Fun2Fun from StitchFix), white leather shoulder bag (Cambridge Satchel Company from the Box of Style), and tan lace-up laser-cut heels (Dolce Vita).
The guides focus on three specific trends for Spring – Graphic Black & White, The New Romance, and The Blues. My favorite is, of course, the New Romance guide, because I love anything feminine and romantical. A few standout looks from the guide have got to be the laser-cut leather-like skirt paired with a floral & lace tank, and the striped/floral dress paired with a denim jacket, bucket bag and bright sandals. Those are two looks I will definitely be planning on putting into rotation this season. I love lookbooks like these because they really do take some of the guesswork out of what’s hot and trends to focus on. Easy peasy 😀

Hi Gabriella! Thanks so much saying that! I’m loving pastels and floral prints for Spring (it IS the time for them, yes!?), and I’m so glad that I didn’t send that skirt back 😉
